significant decline in the number of snow geese here at Middle Creek. As
of today, Thursday, there are only approximately 10, 000 snows here. A
small number of tundra swans are still here & a variety of duck species are
still present. Some good news is that the eaglets have hatched. The
staff is still attempting to determine the number of eaglets. Stop #4
offers the best vantage point to observe the nest.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Middlecreek Wildlife Management Area in central PA. There are 120 thousand
there now, and the peak is expected this weekend. Middlecreek is on the
Lebanon-Lancaster County border about 1 mile south of Kleinfeltersville.
