As of today we have no applications for the 2009 President's Environmental
Youth Awards</FONT><A href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SOS"></A><FONT
face=sans-serif color=blue size=2> which are due December 31, 2009. If
you know of a project that took place during 2009, from a student or students in
grades K-12, please ask them to submit an application </FONT><BR><BR><FONT
face=sans-serif color=blue size=2>The Mid-Atlantic regional award winner will
receive a plaque and a trip to an EPA-sponsored award ceremony in Washington,
D.C. All student participants, from each project application, will receive
a certificate signed by the President honoring them from them for their efforts
to protect human health and the environment.</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT
face=sans-serif color=blue size=2>Applications from student groups or individual
projects, in grades Kindergarten - 12, may be submitted by an adult sponsor.
