Specialist<BR>for the Department of Environmental Protection. This
position will work<BR>under the direction of the section head for Watershed
Planning and<BR>Monitoring and will be responsible for watershed-based
outreach. A<BR>primary responsibility will be identifying community based
outreach<BR>needs and using modern communication approaches to design and
implement<BR>programs that can be measurably proven to affect individual actions
for<BR>water quality improvement. Candidates are expected to have direct
work<BR>experience with Maryland NPDES MS4 permit requirements.</P>
