conference on leadership in a time of organizational change. I have several
people lined up, but am looking for 2-3 more. Specifically, I am looking for a
leader who has dealt with change caused by one of the following
situations:<BR></SPAN></FONT>
<OL>
<LI><FONT face="Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12px">Unexpected loss of a key leader (e.g., the executive
director suddenly takes a new job or the founder of an organization dies).
</SPAN></FONT>
<LI><FONT face="Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12px">The
organization decides to change its mission significantly. </SPAN></FONT>
<LI><FONT face="Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12px">The
organization undergoes a merger with another
nonprofit.<BR></SPAN></FONT></LI></OL><FONT
face="Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12px"><BR>It can be any
type of EE organization, not just affiliates. If you, or someone you know, has
dealt with these issues and are planning on attending the conference in
Portland, please let me know. The session is Thursday, Oct 8,
