[PAEE] Writing Curriculum

Hi everyone,

An organization I provide env. ed. programming for has asked me to write-up
curricula for programs I provide for them. When developing a program, I
generate an outline that includes the following:

*    Program summary

*    Program objectives/goals

* An outline of what the presentation will cover, and a more detailed
"script"

* A list of supporting equip, supplies and props needed

* For programs with multiple components, a detailed time frame

* Some means of evaluating the program/receiving feedback

My question is, does incorporating the aforementioned into a written
document constitute what is considered to be env. ed. curriculum? From the
list above, is there something I need to add or is there anything that I
should leave out?

In looking at some of the resources I have (PLT, WILD Aquatic, etc.) I see
different levels of complexity in the curricula they provide.

Any feedback on and/or examples of what is considered to be good env. ed.
curricula would be greatly appreciated. I understand the basic concept and
purpose, I'm just looking for some specifics.

Thanks in advance,

John Jose
