Montgomery County MD is advertising for a Watershed Outreach Specialist
for the Department of Environmental Protection.  This position will work
under the direction of the section head for Watershed Planning and
Monitoring and will be responsible for watershed-based outreach.  A
primary responsibility will be identifying community based outreach
needs and using modern communication approaches to design and implement
programs that can be measurably proven to affect individual actions for
water quality improvement.  Candidates are expected to have direct work
experience with Maryland NPDES MS4 permit requirements.
