I am organizing a round-table discussion at the NAAEE conference on leadership in a time of organizational change. I have several people lined up, but am looking for 2-3 more. Specifically, I am looking for a leader who has dealt with change caused by one of the following situations:

  1.. Unexpected loss of a key leader (e.g., the executive director suddenly takes a new job or the founder of an organization dies). 
  2.. The organization decides to change its mission significantly. 
  3.. The organization undergoes a merger with another nonprofit.


It can be any type of EE organization, not just affiliates. If you, or someone you know, has dealt with these issues and are planning on attending the conference in Portland, please let me know. The session is Thursday, Oct 8, 9:30-11:15.
