Two more books to consider:

Trails, Tails and Tidepools in Pails, (1992), Nursery Nature Walks now known as Children's Nature Institute https://www.childrensnatureinstitute.org/store/

The Complete Family Nature Guide (1976), by Jean Worthley. An oldie but a goodie.

Greetings,
Here are a couple of my favorites. Most are from the Vermont
Institute of Natural Science and are available via Amazon.com or Barnes
and Noble.com. I used the first one in a workshop for Pennsylvania's
State Park EEIs and EESs a few years ago and it was well received.
