Thanks, you've just done it.  (You're no. 35.)  There are no pre- 
qualifying criteria, such as car-ownership.  It's the spirit that  
counts.  Cut energy use, every which way and all the time.  Now go out  
and get a car owner to take the pledge - who says they have to be a  
DVS susbscriber?  Let's spread this thing over the whole region and  
count the tons of GHG's we'll save (but don't ask me how just yet).
