[dvs] Help make energy efficiency a reality

I¹ll take the pledge. Since I don¹t drive to work, what I have been cutting
back on are frequent cab rides to various meetings. I have found that the
issue for me is time. When I plan ahead and give myself enough time, I can
walk or ride my bike, or take public transportation. Its living a fast pace
life that adds to the wasted fuel. I am trying to slow down, and with that
to walk most places, even when it takes an hour.
