[dvs] Help make energy efficiency a reality

Hey everyone,

 

We've all talked on and off the listserve about using too much energy.  We
know that using less energy is the easiest way to cut air pollution and save
you money on your electricity bills.  But for too long, Pennsylvania has
lagged behind other states in efficiency and conservation efforts.

 

Now, we have a chance to take an important first step towards that goal.

The state House is expected to vote on comprehensive energy efficiency
legislation in the next two weeks.

 

Sadly, lobbyists for some utilities and businesses are intent on killing
these proposals.  This industry opposition will make it a close vote, and we
want your help to make sure that your state representative votes for a new

energy future.
